Hi,
I am about to use a Common Law T.A. for the first time as we have a rent that will be in excess of £25k pa.
Can anyone explain the main differences between the agreements.
I have searched the WWW and all I can really come up with is that the CL doesn't get covered by the HA and that you only have to serve a letter as notice.
Any more information would be very gratefully recieved.
