I too use Rentguard and they were the cheapest I found. Thanks for replying to my query on the Statutory periodic tenancy issue.

Our sponsors, Netrent.co.uk, offer landlords insurance that is actually cheaper than the insurance offered by the RLA and the insurance offered direct by Rentguard.

If you would like further information simply click on the Netrent.co.uk banner on the left hand side of this page and look for Netrent.co.uk Insurance under either Landlords Info or Links.

It's only fair to support the sponsor!!!!

True - I have just checked out netrent.co.uk and THEY ARE cheaper than using either RLA or Rentguard direct. Well done netrent.co.uk for securing a better deal.

PS - when you gonna start offering other services to rival the RLA and NLA !!! ;-) - Oops - I see you have plans.......

Like Paul Mac and Bigman I went to Netrent and save quite a lot on my insurance. Quick and easy and the policy documents arrived in a few days not the few months my previous broker took.
