| I have today issued a tenant with a section 8 Notice for being more than 3 months in arrears, stating on the Notice that legal action will start after 10 November 2006. I am advised to use legal forms N5 and N119 for possession, my questions are can I not use form N5B accelerated possession Notice, and should be forms be sent immediately today to the Court, or nearer to the 10 November. |
