| I'd like to a property in the middle of a tenancy agreement, but can't think of a ground to use under section 8 or 21 of the housing act, so that I can take possesion of the house again. They are receiving housing benefit now, and didn't pay decembers rent, but I expect that sometime within the next week or so. The tenancy agreemnt they have only has the males name on it, but he has a girlfriend living there with a small child. Does this mean that the tenancy agreement is void????? It seems that the housing benefit agency is doing everything they can to advise them that they don't have to go anywhere! |
