| Having had a rather frantic day, I omitted to put the 6 month break clause or details of how the tenants can give notice in an AST. I'm planning to sell the property in about 6 months. Anyone got any idea if this could cause problems? I was thinking about writing the tenants a letter clarifying the 6 month option and notice period, and asking them to sign to say they understand and agree. Would that be legal? |
